PAL is the ‘Most Improved Airline’ this 2019
The country’s renowned flag carrier, Philippine Airlines (PAL), has earned the title of being 2019’s Most Improved Airline in the world, according to the Australia-based airline review firm AirlineRatings.com.
With PAL’s new international feat, the airline has proven to the Philippines and to other countries that it has developed its brand of services through ways of efficient expansion and innovation.
In a statement from AirlineRatings.com editor-in-chief Geoffrey Thomas, PAL bagged the award for its “move to expand its global footprint using a new generation of fuel-efficient aircraft equipped with the latest cabins.”
Thomas was impressed on PAL’s “bold expansion plans and its commitment to a next-generation, easy product made it a stand-out for the most improved airline.”
Specifically, AirlineRatings.com awarded PAL for its new and improved Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class products offering better passenger-friendly features.
Editors of the acclaimed airline review web site also cited PAL’s milestones in delivering modernization initiatives as well as extensive network of flights in bringing its passengers to different destinations in the world.
