Batch 2502, 2503 completes Aviation Professional Program with OMNI

OMNI Aviation held a graduation and pinning ceremony for batch 2502 and batch 2503 after completing their on-the-job training under the Aviation Professional Program (APP) of OMNI Aviation on Friday, February 14, at Widus Hotel in Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

The ceremony was attended by the graduates, their families and loved ones, guests, and OMNI Aviation officials, including Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, Head of the Ground Service Training Group; Ms. Jinky Dimacali, Head of Corporate Training; and Mr. Mikhail Josef N. Siy-Hian, Head of Marketing and Cabin Crew Training.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Siy-Hian affirmed the graduates of their hard work and dedication, stating that they are ready for the ever-evolving world of aviation.

“This graduation is a celebration of dedication, perseverance, and hard work of every student here today. The aviation industry is ever-evolving, and we take great pride in knowing that our graduates are prepared to take on the challenges of the skies with competence and grace,” he said.

Ms. Adette Cuizon of DPR Aviation Colleges, OMNI Aviation’s current partner in delivering its actual aircraft training program for cabin crew interns, graced the event as the guest speaker.

Ms. Cuizon inspired the graduates by reminding them of the importance of completing their studies and possessing a good attitude, saying:

“Sana hindi lang OJT graduation, sana totoong graduation rin… Maraming diskarte at attitude dahil kahit saan ay dadalhin ninyo ‘yan.”

The graduates received their completion certificates and their pins along with other special awards, including Best in Safety Demonstration, Best in Theoretical, Best in Evacuation Drills, Best in Survival Swimming, Best in Grooming, Best in Service, and Best in Panel Interview.

The awarding ceremony culminated with the announcement of the top students from each batch. For Batch 2502, Desiree Albunan was awarded 2nd Honorable Mention, Ken Alorro as 1st Honorable Mention, and Ma. Angelica Lacson was hailed as Batch Valedictorian. Meanwhile, for Batch 2503, Annabelle Javil was named 2nd Honorable Mention, Angel Domile as 1st Honorable Mention, and Edward Benedict Palma as the Batch Valedictorian.

Both valedictorians were given the opportunity to deliver their valedictory address, where they extended their gratitude to the people who became part of their respective journeys.

“Gusto ko lang din po mag-thank you sa OMNI for providing us the materials and also the facilities that we have. You really equipped us to be professionals in the aviation industry and lahat po ng itinuro ng aming instructors who shared knowledge and experiences to inspire us and give us more knowledge pa with regards to the aviation industry,” Angelica shared, the Batch 2502 Valedictorian.

Meanwhile, Edward, Batch 2503’s Valedictorian also expressed his gratitude to OMNI:

“I would like to thank OMNI Aviation for welcoming us and giving us support and the opportunity to be part of this training program.”

To conclude the event, Ms. Ramos-Mangulabnan delivered her closing remarks and commended both batches for their accomplishments.

OMNI Aviation celebrates the success of its graduates and looks forward to their future achievements.
